The flavors, aromas and colors fill Lu’s kitchen, whose cuisine rescues the original, using local products and aromatic herbs from her own garden. Located across from the Cathedral, the space features architecture from the 18th century, enhanced by the works of local artisans and painters. Eating at Lu’s is an experience for the five senses and a constant search for flavors, as the menu changes each semester according to the seasonal products. The perfect pairing is provided by Parras and Ensenada with their wines and Michoacan itself with its mezcal. Its philosophy is distinguished by a strong dose of passion, seasoning and creativity.
